Join Gourmet Italian and its Pizza Masterclass. 100% of the profits of the class will be donated to the Hear and Say and part of the fundraising campaign which Italian Week has been promoting.

Italian Pizza Masterclass
Your class meets at the Taylor Street Kitchen in Bulimba. You'll start by making your own dough from scratch, and then go step by step through the process of crafting the perfect pizza.  Topics covered include:
The best dough anywhere-- made by you!
Stretching techniques for forming the perfect crust
Thin or thick crust
Easy Tomato pizza sauce
Classic garlic oil to add that authentic Italian flavour
Knowing your ingredients: understanding balance, order and proportions when applying them
Much, much more!


Please arrive at 6pm for a glass of wine and chat before the class starts at 6.30pm, which finishes at 9.30pm.
